കുട്ടികളില് ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് പ്രാവീണ്യം വര്ദ്ദിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനും ഇംഗ്ലീഷിനോട് താല്പര്യം വര്ദ്ദിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനും സര്വ ശിക്ഷക് അഭിയാന്റെ ന്യൂതന പദ്ധതികളില് ഒന്നായ "ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് ഫെസ്റ്റ് 2012-13" വാഴുന്നവര്സ് യു പി സ്ക്കൂളില് സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു.
